With Installation 2.O, installers can easily capture tractor details by scanning a QR code, which automatically fetches customer information. To ensure accuracy, installers can reconfirm the customer's phone number by sending an OTP (One-Time Password). The app also offers an aggregate-wise checklist, allowing installers to complete the installation process physically.
One of the standout features of Installation 2.O is the ability to update important information about the customer, such as the implements used, land details, and crops. Additionally, installers can take photos of the customer and the installed tractor, providing visual documentation for future reference.
Upon completion, the app sends an OTP as an SMS to the customer, ensuring that the installation process is secure. Installers can then update the OTP on the app and collect customer feedback to officially close the installation process.
